Email Potato is a living archive of real marketing emails captured as they were actually sent by brands, plus tools (Studio) to build mockups and generate example emails for reference and inspiration. It is provided for research, inspiration, and personal reference.
Creating an account is optional and required only for saving captures, liking captures, submitting emails, and subscribing to Pro. Authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
If you submit an email through the Submit flow, you confirm that you received it yourself (for example, as a newsletter subscriber) and have a good-faith basis to share it here for reference purposes. Submissions are held in a pending state and reviewed before they appear publicly. We may reject or remove any submission at our discretion, including in response to a rights-holder request.
Captured and submitted emails remain the intellectual property of their original senders. Email Potato does not claim ownership of the marketing content itself and archives it for commentary, research, and reference. If you are a brand and want a capture removed, email us at yender@margaritacreative.com.
The optional Pro plan is billed through Stripe on a recurring subscription basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal linked on your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that captures, screenshots, or generated mockups are complete, accurate, or available without interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, Email Potato is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
